At Mars Nutrition, we prioritize the health and satisfaction of our customers. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The request is made within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • The item must be unopened and in its original packaging.
  • The protective seal must be intact. Any product with a broken seal will not be accepted due to health and safety regulations.
Note: Items purchased during a "Clearance Sale" or using "Final Sale" coupons are not eligible for returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Given the nature of health supplements, the following cannot be returned:

  • Products with broken inner or outer seals.
  • Used or partially consumed supplements.
  • Damaged items not reported within 24 hours of delivery.

3. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, leaked, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at info@marsnutrition.in. You must provide:

  • Order Number
  • Photos/Video of the damaged package (Unboxing video is highly recommended).

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. After approval:

  • The refund will be initiated to your original method of payment or bank account.
  • For prepaid orders, it may take 5-7 business days for the credit to appear in your account.
  • For COD orders, we will request your bank details to process a manual transfer.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product).
